Our sugar level is typically lower than normal bubble tea shops, as we want you to taste the tea first and then adjust to your liking.
We started with the desire for quality tea. Growing up loving bubble tea, we realized how many shops differ. They use artificial flavor powders or fructose syrups and the tea taste would be little to nonexistent. Traveling to the bubble tea origin—Taiwan, we learnt how bubble tea should be made. The tea stood out immediately and the tapioca pearls were the perfect texture, soft but still had a bite. Putting our own spin to the traditional bubble tea, was established.
